This band formed when Whiskey Sunday was losing steam! This was the debut of the Saints and in my opinion the climax of Dover's song writing! This is just a solid band with some great players. I mean, Dave and John from the Odd Numbers on rythmn and Packer on lead guitar, come on! It doesn't get much better then that in San Jose!! Its not quite punk but super catchy songs that make you want to dance!! Somewhere between The Pogues and CCR!! Oh man, does this record sound good on the turntable!! It makes you remember why vinyl is superior!
